Objective:
Allow business people who decided to do business in Canada to benefit from customized support with the help of a Canadian construction company in the following sectors: construction (products and services), real-estate and renewable energy projects. This aiming at the creation of their new Canadian businesses, the purchase of land or buildings, the management of their businesses and the building operations and renovation or other real-estate projects as well as assistance in engineering, architecture or other commercial platforms allowing them to acquire new customers in Canada and North America.

• Step 1 : Introductory coaching and training:
  • Presentation of CDDargis;
  • Portrait of real-estate investment in Quebec;
  • Courses and training by external professionals (lawyers, notaries, associations, etc.).
• Step 2 : Support to find, propose and analyze investment opportunities:
  • Find investment opportunities (land, buildings);
  • Inspect and advise on the opportunities that the client finds himself;
  • Preparation of feasibility studies of two types: preliminary Phase 1 and Phase 2 in more detail.
• Step 3 : Support for the construction or renovation projects available in 5 types of business plans:
   
  THE CLIENT OWNER OF A RBQ CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
  • Plan A-1 : Client Owner of a RBQ Unlimited business: The client, with the help of Daniel Dargis, Engineer, and of Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. creates and owns his own RBQ construction company in Quebec of the residential, commercial and industrial type, allowing him to be active on two levels for the entire duration of existence of the business:
    • Conduct its own construction projects in Quebec;
    • Bidding for public works or other promoters.
  • Plan A-2 : Client Owner of a RBQ Limited company: The client, with the help of Daniel Dargis, Engineer, and Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. creates and owns his own RBQ construction company in Quebec of the residential, commercial and industrial type, allowing him to be active on one level only and only for the duration of a specific project:
    • The RBQ license only allows him to carry out a specific project. Once the project is completed, the RBQ license is no longer valid. The company remains operational, but without an RBQ license.
  THE CLIENT HIRES CONSTRUCTION DANIEL DARGIS INC. AS A RBQ CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
  • Plan B-1 : Client using Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. with a Fixed-Price contract to build projects: The client submits the plans and specifications to Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. to obtain a fixed price, turnkey.
  • Plan B-2 : Client using Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. under a Costing-Price contract + % Increased to build a project: Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. does not submit a price and no commitment to build the project for a specified amount. Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. is paid the price of the invoices plus an increased % of each one of them. This reduces the risk and the degree of responsibility of Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. which actually benefits the customer, who will pay him the cost of the invoices plus a % in return for benefiting from:
    • The RBQ license;
    • The construction guarantee;
    • The network of subcontractors;
    • The project management;
    • Training.
  THE CLIENT HIRES ANOTHER GENERAL CONTRACTOR AS RBQ CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BUT BEING MONITORED BY CONSTRUCTION DANIEL DARGIS INC.
  • Plan C-1 : Client using another contractor under the supervision of Construction Daniel Dargis Inc.: The customer hires another RBQ licensed construction company and Construction Daniel Dargis Inc., as a consultant, monitors the client’s interests and the lending company taking care of:
    • Monitoring the site, the quality of the work, the deadlines;
    • The administration;
    • Relations with the customers;
    • Relations with professionals, organizations, urban planning;
    • Other.
• Step 4 : Coaching for the sales:Construction Daniel Dargis inc. :
  • Advises and assists the client in different sales strategies that apply to specific projects;
  • Provides project buyers. Construction Daniel Dargis Inc. is itself a general contractor with great reputation, with a clientele, and doing advertising, frequently receives requests for realizing projects. It can refer them to the customer who already demonstrated a willingness to work long-term with Construction Daniel Dargis Inc and pay a commission or participate in the project.
